Most property managers sit in an office and review reports once a month. We don't. Our managing partners and regional managers are on-site regularly — walking units, meeting vendors and making decisions in real time.
That proximity matters. It means a leaky pipe gets fixed before it becomes a ceiling replacement. It means a struggling tenant gets a payment plan before an eviction. It means capex dollars are spent where they actually move rent growth.
